CANSTRUCTION EXHIBIT
You’ll find yourself staring at Canstruction asking “How DID they do that?!” While Home Show exhibitors will be building their displays, ten teams of Central PA architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and students will be competing during this premier design-build event; designing and building structures made entirely from canned goods. The exhibits will be ready for the Show’s opening on Saturday the 23rd and will run through March 2nd. They will be located in the feature home area of the West Hall.
With the help of GIANT Food Stores, this event spotlights the need to care for the hungry in our region. The food banks and pantries of Central Pennsylvania benefit from this spectacular show sponsored by the Central PA Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, The American Institute of Architects, The Society of Design Administration, along with the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg.
You Can Help
With your donation of a canned good on Tuesday, February 26th, you will receive $2 off the admission price to the Home Show. Bring a can of food to the Giant Food Stores booth any day of the Show, where you will receive a coupon book worth over $24 in Giant Food Store savings.
All cans from this event will benefit the food banks and pantries of Central Pennsylvania.
