SHOWCASE HOME—Our Showcase Home Could Be Your Next Home

This inviting, landscaped and decorated log home is available for your inspection inside the West Hall of the Farm Show Complex. Showcasing the work of tomorrow’s craftsmen, this year’s feature home is being constructed by students of Cumberland Perry Area Vo-Tech School thanks to the very generous donation of the log home kit from KSM Log Homes in nearby Mifflintown.

This 3,642 sq. ft. home, designed and engineered by KSM Log Homes, features a beautiful exterior deck, 3 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom suite, 2.5 baths, and a relaxing sun room.

This magnificent, hand-crafted log home will be placed up for auction on Sunday, March 2 with all proceeds benefiting the Cumberland Perry Area Vo-Tech School*. For auction rules and required procedures, click here.
