SHOWCASE HOME
Showcasing the work of tomorrow’s craftsmen, this year’s Showcase Home is being constructed by students of Cumberland Perry Area Vo-Tech School thanks to the very 
generous donation of the log home kit from KSM Log Homes in nearby Mifflintown.
This expansive 2500 sq. ft., “farmhouse” style log home greets you with an inviting wrap-around porch. Inside, the open design is punctuated with a beautiful stone fireplace; the master bedroom suite, one of three bedrooms, includes a corner shower and a pampering tub/spa. During the Show, the home will be fully decorated, landscaped and open for you to tour in the Equine Arena.

Sold to the Highest Bidder!
This unique, hand-crafted log home will be placed up for auction on Sunday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m., with all proceeds benefiting the Cumberland Perry Area Vo-Tech School*.
Following are documents detailing the official auction rules and required procedures. All bidders must review and follow in order to be a valid bidder. Potential bidders may request information concerning the Auction Home, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., by calling 717.697.0354, Ext. 128 or by attending the pre-auction meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 14.
