GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

Show Dates	February 23 through March 2, 2008
Show Hours	Monday through Thursday:   10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday:   10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission	Adults: $8.00. Children 12 and under free with adult admission.
Security	Uniformed and plain clothes Security Guards will be on duty 24 hours daily.

Exhibitor Materials	Exhibitor information and an exhibitor manual will be sent out prior to the Show.
Move In	Move in is scheduled according to halls. Exhibitors will be notified of their time for move in. All exhibitors must be completely set up by Friday, February 22, 2008, at 6:00 pm. All exhibitors must leave the building at that time for cleaning of the Farm Show Complex. The HBA’s Associated Committee will be selling sandwiches during Show setup on February 19, to raise money for The HBA Helping Hands – Building a Better Community Projects.
Move Out	Absolutely no moving out until the Show closes at 6:00 pm, Sunday, March 2, 2008. Move out begins after the show closes. Move out ends Monday, March 3, 2008, at 5:00 pm.
Electricity	If you have rented a 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ or less, your space includes (1) 110 volt 20 amp outlet provided to you at no additional cost. If you have rented a 10’ x 30’ or greater, your space includes (2) 110 volt 20 amp outlets (top & bottom). If you need more electrical service than this you can purchase additional 110 volt—20 amp hookups as well as 208v single or three-phase. SERVICES MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE
Booth Requirements	All exhibit backwalls must be draped or constructed to a height of eight (8) feet. The maximum booth height is twelve (12) feet, including signage. Back walls may not be shared. Perimeter walls (masonry) must be covered or draped. Any constructed sidewalls must be finished on both sides.
Booth Restrictions	Booth space must be contiguous.
Direct Sales	Exhibitors who are demonstrators must locate in the Northwest hall. All other direct sale vendors may locate in any hall.
